Profile: >250 Members; Semi-Casual - 2 days / week goal; is S3 however far you can get with it still being fun

The Role & Responsibilities:
Building from scratch with a base of >250 players and experienced leadership
Support leadership with recruiting and be the biggest part of the acceptance and evaluation of recruits
Host, plan and Lead 2 Weekly PvP Event Nights mixed RBG and Arena nights, 3 hours each. Weekdays starting 5 - 7 Eastern - you pick the days and nail down the time.
Coach players, with leadership support
Keep G Bank stocked with consumables (guild paid)
Having a friendly and positive attitude with an even keeled demeanour is a must. We are looking for a great leader not an angry rage sergeant.
