Role Seeking: M+ Dungeon Team Leader x 2
Type of Guild & Progression: Semi-Casual - 2 days / week. The M+ teams will be built from our existing Raid Teams + additional internal & external recruitment for specific M+ Dungeon only players

The Role & Responsibilities:

Building from scratch with a base of >250 players and experienced leadership

Support leadership with recruiting and be the biggest part of the acceptance and evaluation of recruits

Host, plan and Lead 2 Weekly M+ Dungeon nights, 2 - 3 hours each. You pick the days and times (and team name!)

Coach players, with leadership support

Keep G Bank stocked with consumables (guild paid)

Having a friendly and positive attitude with an even keeled demeanour is a must. We are looking for a great leader not an aggressive / rage sergeant.
