Really? That whole weeks long quest chain of gathering things and collecting RNG items from chests ends with a mount that doesnt fly?
By the time you are done with the quest you have unlocked flight and now the mount is next to useless.
Seriously Blizz, its about time you just made all mounts fly.

Given that the Mechaspider has a land form, a tank mount special, and a swimming form, I think it needs to fly.

Even magic doesn’t want that to be a thing. Spiders are bad enough on their own. If they get wings I’m so out.
Forget flying, why doesn’t it shoot web? 
Since it is a mechanical mount, it seems like we should have the option to upgrade it for flying. Same with the mechanocat and wheel.
All these gnomes and goblins around, surely someone can slap some rocket packs on these mounts and get 'em airborne.

Why not? No reason to not be able to keep upgrading our mechanical mounts, and the scrapforged mechanospider is already a transformer of sorts.
