How are you guys using this thing? Popping it on boss fights/whenever lust is used, using it on every new pack pull, or using it on CD?
Vague question. In keys? The raid? Which encounters?

In keys you kinda play it by ear, you want it for the most dangerous / highest DPS points is the key. Lusts etc being the obvious ones.
In raid you send it with whichever set of CDs lines up closest with 40 stacks.

Typically send it with your big 2-3 minute CD. Unless there’s a burn phase or boss coming up. NW, I’ll usually hold the first spymasters for first boss. Mists save for burn phase boss. If it’s a complete pug group I’d wear a different trinket. Nothing worse than having 30 stacks and a bad pull wipes the group. If you know the people your with and have a good idea of the pulls you can hold as needed but in Pugs just send it.
