Last night I bought the Sprite Darter Wing Set and transmoged it to my Druid but when I got on tonight she wasn’t wearing it and it wasn’t in my appearance set tab but it shows it was purchased!

Sprite Darter isn’t the only thing missing. The Wendigo Woolies are too. Some people are reporting that the recruit a friend mog is also gone.

I’m having the same issue with both the Spirit Darter Wing set and the Yeti set. They both appear to be missing. However, when I go into the in-game store, it shows it as bought?
EDIT: So is all of my recruit-a-friend. Where’s our mog?
Yeah when I went into my account it shows it was bought last night so its there just not in game and seeing many ppl are having the same issue Blizz should have it fixed soon figures crossed lol!
Same. I have an ongoing 6 month sub. Got the transmog, have had it equipped for a couple of days now. Logged off to put the kids to bed, logged back in and it is gone from my character and sets. Guessing one of the ongoing updates messed it up?

Yeah, I reported something similar happening to me in my bug report. Temporarily lost it after doing some PTR/Beta stuff, then lost it seemingly more permanently tonight.

Missing RAF set, Woolies, and Sprite Darter set.

There was a major Authentication server issue tonight that prevented logins. IN the wake of that, many things flagged at the Bnet account level like store tmogs are not being recognized by the game. The 4 Auth/SMS protect bag slots are back, but some other things are not yet.
It is not you. It is slowly being resolved.

I applied the transmog in some items of my armor. The armor appears properly in the login screen but not in my actual toon.
This just happened to me tonight. The set it completely missing, out of nowhere. I had my shoulders mogged and all of a sudden they weren’t when I logged in. The entire set is nowhere to be found under the xmog tab or in the collections tab.

I know this is a necro but it is still happening. So Slowly being resolved isn’t cutting it any more. It’s almost a year later and purchased items are disappearing… why?
First time posting, so I apologize if I’m doing this wrong. I wasn’t sure if I should start a new thread or not since it’s been a while since this one has been updated, but I am now also missing the Sprite Darter’s Wings transmog set. I purchased the set on December 16, 2021 and have been using it for the past few weeks with no issues. Yesterday I was on the game and everything was fine, but when I logged off and then logged back in not even 30 seconds later my toon was no longer wearing the set and it’s all completely missing from my appearances tab. I opened a ticket and was told that many people are experiencing this problem and to bring attention to it here, so… Hope we all get our missing stuff back soon!
Edit: Right after posting this I checked my appearances tab again and it was still missing, so I went to my garrison transmogrifier to put on something new. When I went to my sets after clicking on the transmogrifier, the Sprite Darter set was there as an option for me to use again, and after reapplying it, it’s now showing back up in my appearances tab.
It will probably disappear again, just about as soon as you feel comfortable with it.
That’s a characteristic of this bug: appearances disappearing and re-appearing with no provocation.
