How’s SP looking for Mythic+? I only pvp and looking to get into some mythic +.
Shadow is probably the strongest dps spec in the game for coordinted mythic+ due to a mixture of damage, utility, ample defensives, and PI.

When you got a tank that pulls more than one pack it feels great. When you don’t, you’d rather not be in that key

Thanks for the feedback guys! I’m looking to try out some mythic + this ssn. Random question, but how hard do you think getting KSM is? I’ve heard it’s equivalent to getting 1800 in pvp. 2200xp on sp here in pvp. 0 xp in pve lol! Ksm is interesting
Keystone master isn’t too bad if you’re decent at the game and are willing to stick it out (you will go through a lot of bad pugs if you have no friends though - I suggest adding people you think are good and trying to play with them).
It’s only somewhat difficult when you’re trying it in the first couple weeks. After that we get a decent chunk of gear and on top of that the dungeons generally get nerfed week after week for the first month or so. It only requires doing around +15 or so keys, and you can have a couple +13s in there even.
Keystone Hero is where it’s decently difficult, but still within the reach of players who are looking to improve/grind.

I’d say they might be roughly comparable but but I’d honestly say if you want to really enjoy mythic+ you should set your sights / goals higher. At least getting your portals, which has for me already been pretty fun given the lack of gear we have.

what do you mean by getting portals? dont you have to buy like flasks and potions eta for mythic+ too for dmg and what not?
Portals are the reward for timing +20 in that key, idk why we call them portals they’re actually teleports but it’s just shorthand for “getting everything on +20” since +20s are where the last tangible reward is.
There’s a title for top 0.1% same as in PvP but it’s an enormous jump from +20s to that.

My current strat for PvPers.
Be good at PvP
Find a raiding guild
Make friends with raiding guild
Carry them / help them in PvP
Then throw out that you want to learn PvE
They overtly help you and carry you in PvE content.
This has legitimately worked for me twice now. I’ve gotten AoTC and KSM without ever watching so much as a dps guide.

Shadow priests are S tier. They’re great to have in a group and I have definitely have not been paid by my spriest groupmate via PI’s to always say nice things in public about spriest.
