I see that Spreading the Light has yet to be fixed. Wish I knew before diving into a world of hate for that zone because I couldn’t figure out what I was doing wrong. Give me back a few hours of my life please lol…
What’s wrong with it? I did it earlier today and got 4/4 with no issues.
Are you lighting up the big bonfires as opposed to the smaller ones scattered around, the ones that summon NPCs?
Just wanted to confirm that charging up the large Keyflames (or being near one already charged) then completing the related objectives does grant credit towards the Worldsoul: Spreading the Light weekly. The Lesser Keyflames and their daily objectives do not count towards it.
Edit: Added “Worldsoul” to be clear about the version I meant.
Maybe we are talking about different things? Spreading the Light only involves the small keyflames and not the large ones. You don’t even need to complete the quests, just light four up and away you go.
Yes, I guess we are talking about different but very similarly named things. There is the weekly “Worldsoul: Spreading the Light”, and the daily (I think) Hallowfall zone quest “Spreading the Light”. I was talking about the former and I guess you all were talking about the latter? Sorry for adding to the confusion.

I think we can blame whomever decided to give the two quests the exact same name honestly!

This is the first time I have experienced this issue (on this character). Leaving the area and returning appears to have reset the quest requirements, however I am unable to complete this quest due to there being no more keyflames available to activate.
This appears to be another ongoing issue that hasn’t been resolved. Thanks again Blizzard/Activision/Microsoft for confirming I’ve made the right call in cancelling my subscriptions.
