The cdr from Calling the Shots is still being shared between hunters, the only way this hunter gets Trueshot back within 25 seconds is including cdr from all the other Spotter’s Marks from the other 4 hunters. I labeled every event with the current count of marks and the cdr given on each aimed hit, it amounts to 108 seconds of cdr which is the only way the hunter “白早丶” casts Trueshot within 25 seconds.
