Which faction would they join? They seem like Horde to me… Outcasts in their own world.

Not much in the way of customization from the in-game NPCs, though. Still, it’s an interesting idea. They always came across to me as plant-based Jawas.
They’re called sporelings, and they were relevant for one expansion while having a single insignificant appearance in another. Neither faction needs them, and I’m sure the people who would play as them can be counted on one hand.
