I mean, itās Bolvar. We all knew it was going to happen as soon as the Death Knights started coming back into the spotlight, just like if Illidan returns again heāll have more ties to the Alliance because of his relationships to Tyrande and Malfurion as well as Maiev following him around (and maybe caring about the Night Elves killed in Teldrassil, though not the tree itself).
The only issue Iāll have is if they make the entire Ebon Blade lean Alliance after they jacked Nazgrim and the Horde Death Knights from us.

Well, I wouldnāt have anything positive to think of it, at least. I mean, the guy pulled Dalaran out of the Alliance in the first place, then didnāt even bring it back in defense of, or after Teldrassil. If he did come back, itād be way too little, way too late for me to care.
Itās why I donāt care about Magni or Bolvar or any of these other supposed Alliance-leaning neutrals, either (at least Ysera says she would have defended Teldrassil if she had still been alive).

Weāve already seen the Silverhand go Alliance. I donāt take issue with it, but theyāve set a precedent.
Bolvar should not be stating heās sworn to the Alliance when Darian was Highlord of the Ebon Blade and Bolvar instantly replaced him.

To be fair. He only replaced Darian as Highlord because Darian is one of the Four Horsemen. Darian is still a high ranking Ebon Blade member.
Again, itās not that serious or a commitment to anything. Heās just interjecting a personal reason for this instead of a weird āI donāt care about anduin despite basically being his father figure at one pointā. it just makes sense this way.

The Silver Hand āGOā Alliance? The Silver Hand hand is LITERALLY an Alliance Organization, Started BY Alliance to fight against the Horde.
They went Semi-Neutral with the Argent Dawn to fight against the Lich King but you canāt get more Alliance then that.

Honestly itās something I was figured was on the table ever since Blizzard decided to keep Bolvar alive in the first place. It was either that or raid boss him in the future. I donāt think heād serve any other story purpose than one of those.
