although this does bring up a point iād forgotten originally, I hadnāt taken the player population of nelfs into account. so even if we assume that the ENTIRE NPC night elf population lived in darnasus, AND that every single last one of them diedā¦ that would barely put a dent into the total population since the PC night elves would still dwarf that in numbers.

The player population isnāt canonā¦ thatās not how it works. You can see how flawed this is when you take the Void Elf playerbase as a canon populationā¦

Forgive me for thinking the Christie Golden phase of Warcraft History is biased. Sheās a good writer, and a nice person Iām sure, however her utterly obvious bias towards the Alliance is well known.

Blizz will just change things because the player is upset, like they did when the Alliance were upset because they burned the Vulpera, and how the Purge of Dalaran has been minimised because the Alliance are the āgoodiesā.
Now itās our turn, however the burning of Teldrassil is remembered, Blizz has to lessen itās impact, because so many Horde players were extremely upset.
Like the Horde regarding the diminished responsibility of the Alliance towards the Tauren at Camp Taurajo, or towards the Blood Elves and the Vulpera, the Alliance will have to accept this.
