I think they are all dead. Judging from the orc heritage armor quests, the ones that are left are in perpetual shame.

They’re around! There are some quests with them at the ruby life pools in the gardens. So consumed with regret upon realizing and seeing just how sentient and advanced dragons are after what they did to them they one of them dies and the other will live the rest of his life in shame.
