And while some may personally think “that is too much” by their own view of what is right, many of the roots are in the Christian belief that anyone can be redeemed.

This is Protestant theology, which I remind you is only the majority in the Anglophone world and the drastic minority in Global Christianity Apostolic theology is that anyone can be saved if and only if they have correct belief and/or correct actions (and/or depends on which branch of Apostolic Christianity you belong to)
