Cookie was originally the cook of the Defias Brotherhood in Vanilla.
After VanCleefâs defeat, Cookie rose to the rank of Fake Kingpin of the Defias Brotherhood (Vanessa VanCleef ruled from the shadows as the real kingpin)
After his death, we can deduce that his ambitious spirit was chosen to spend afterlife in Maldraxxus, competing with other ambitious souls to rise to the top and defend the Shadowlands. Itâs extremely likely that he managed to prove himself to the House of Constructs, joining said House and earning a Lesser Construct Body.

I forever shall be salty over Runas. He didnât deserve his fate. We should have had a mini-questline to save him after completing the Nightfallen quest chain as long as you didnât complete the quests that involved Runas in Aszuna before helping the Nightfallen.
The plot twist of SL is that Meâdan is the jailer and he still hasnât forgiven us for calling him a mary sue and banishing him to the 404. thatâs why he is deleting our sacred characters ):
