I’m very disappointed about Gallywix’s end. It’s lazy, tropey writing. It leaves the door wide open for his return after Xal’atath inevitably takes his body. (IF he’s even dead at all! Nobody’s gonna check the body, huh? Convenient.) The whole scenario is a giant loophole to bring him back later.
I’m tired of him, he’s terrible. Let him stay gone.
The goblin revolution and Undermine as a whole has been fun, and I love all the work put in to fleshing out the goblins and different cartels. But you didn’t stick the landing.
Also I’m not here to argue or even engage other people, I won’t be back after this post. I only care about the mods seeing it. Troll elsewhere.

This is the story forums, the people here don’t really read the lore or think beyond surface level story telling they show them. They also don’t play the game and look into side quests or hidden lore objects to get a deeper understanding of the world.
It was some thread about Brokers being Arab or something. Now, I myself am Egyptian-American, and I made dumb comments in that thread when I was like 19, using myself as a token voice, probably to please the crowd I guess. I regret that. It was pretty disgusting what I said back then.
The guy probably quit the game due to harassment. Anyway someone necroed the thread and you upvoted all those comments speaking over the OP and even my dumb comments. And that really pissed me off. I edited my old comments to disavow the dumb stuff I said back then.
Anyway enough drama, but you kind of asked for it by replying to me with that dumb comment. Just wanted to clarify.

Edit: had to google it. My god, no wonder I upvoted those comments. It had NOTHING to do with racism and just the fact that people were getting offended because they used the word bazaars in the game. Holy…wow. That literally just means marketplace.

More than that, and the Brokers might not be racist, but the abuse and dumb arguments made towards OP were. Those same arguments could be used even if the Brokers were racist like some other races in WoW.

I agree gallywix’s ending was weak. I wonder if this is just another example of pop culture writers simply acting out some inane anti trump fantasy like the Boys director does.
Also do we never see Ugg again or does he appear as some glorified trash in the actual raid. After all he was the one who nuked Lazlo Overbite and Xalatath seemed to wait for him to leave before confronting Gallywix.
