I got the half this week from the free quest turn in. So I have 1.5 sparks, what quest gives the other half this week? The five timewalking one?

That’s odd. Are you stuck at 1.5? Did you make sure to get the full spark week 1 and you got the free one from the catalyst NPC?
yes I’m wondering if the weird bug thing where if you did the Surge quest in Undermine prevented you from getting veteran pieces … would that have anything to do it with? Or why the Titandisc qeust for the Pinnacle chest wouldn’t provide it this week? I just did them all, and nothing.
That would be a bug to submit then I’m guessing. Mine wasn’t in the pinnacle chest itself but I got it from that quest. If you got both of the free halves then I’m unsure what would cause you not to get it. Assuming you didn’t forget to collect one of the halves in week 1.

Going to have to. If someone did forget to lose it (in case you’re reading), it should drop any other normal way, just with a low % chance per key/dungeon/raid mob, ect. I believe anyways!
Yeah, I believe there is still the catchup mechanic from before where you can loot them from raids and dungeons if you are behind.
