Am I just getting unlucky? After 20 wins on another toon, I had 4-5, now on a new alt I have 0 from any wins. Or did I forget something?

im not getting any sparks on any of my characters either,i just wanna play another character and i just cant lol,imagine playing as a caster without precog

This is my 4th alt and by the time I hit 1600, I had an enough to instantly craft 2-3 pieces. I just picked up my free tier piece and can’t craft anything. 
Edit: I have a bad feeling it’s because I didn’t finish the opening quests for Emerald Dream. >.>
Lfr raid is the eaiest way.

Since 10.2.6 it appears to be bugged on new alts. You will not get any catch up ones. Please submit bug report in game like ive been doing. Hopefully they see it.

alot of people are saying its bugged I haven’t received any on my alt besides the ones from the weekly in the emerald dream. great week to start a alt now i can’t make my shoulders.

I opened a ticket about it and got a generally dismissive response. Recently began playing (this week) on an alt for first time (on the char) this season, and after numerous rated arena/bgs wins I’ve not received a single splinter. (70ish wins)
From previous experience on other alts prior recently this season, I’d have expected multiple sparks by now.
I got a splinter from the pvp weekly, traded one for two with the one-time quest, and got 4 splinters total from looking for raid (only did lfr to see if a splinter would drop).
Haven’t been able to get another.
Had another guy I played with say he wasn’t getting any splinters on a new char either.

Appreciate the responses. I did the weeklies as well and got nothing. I was able to get one from LFR… Yippy.
I just got a splintered spark from a blitz, so it might be fixed… might.

ye I’m getting them now guessing they hot fixed it after reset.

Definitely doesnt seem right. I had more than i could use on my second day(on my main)
