120 Prot. Paladin. I did some M+ dungeons with the Spirited Alchemist Stone equipped and didn’t notice the stat proc. buff. At the same time, it didn’t show up in the logs. I tried to have it proc. on practice dummies and didn’t see a buff.

Having this same issue - haven’t seen any proc in the logs.
Mines working just fine. The buff is called “intelect”
