Has anyone tried any other “regen” class besides spirit regen troll warrior? I wanted to see if a spirit hp regen troll shaman would work with healing stream totem +healing power… I can’t seem to find any info on this tbh. Hs totem also lasts for 5 minutes so its good on mana too. 
Spirit regen only works outside of combat for HP regen in most cases. There is diamond flask for warriors but that is stacking +healing not spirit.
I thought it worked for trolls 10% incombat , or does spirit not stack with that for trolls? Very confused
When leveling a rogue one time i decided i wasnt going to think about gear much until 60 and if a piece had higher agility than one I was wearing i was going to put it on. this led me to wearing almost entirely agility/spirit gear. My spirit was very high, and i would regain all my health in between pulls. The downside was having lower HP meant i was more likely to die if i had to kill a few mobs at once.

Totems do not last 5 minutes. Warriors hp Regen scale with spirit is not comparable to any other class.
