Yes it is 100% the result of a bug.
There is a toy that specifically turns spirit healers into Kyrian. The bug is the effect of that toy applying when it shouldn’t.

Has it been fixed? Do you know how i can remove it?
As far as I know, it should have been. But I don’t work for Blizzard and the bug hasn’t affected me, so I don’t know.
they better not replace the old spirit healers. so tired of this crap. plus the old spirit healers look kind of cute.
