That happened to me too with the brazier. I reloaded to see if it would help. Ran back to the location and 1 of them was unstuck. I beat him and then the other guy was still stuck but I was able to dps him down.
Kind of a silly bug but at least I know relogging can help sometimes.

The brazier thing needs to be fixed. They get stuck inside the one in the very first room of The Underkeep during that story where you have to rescue those people in ice being tortured.

I have not encountered this issue in spiral weave but i have had issues in the pit. The two dudes that charge were evading the whole time.
I have issues in Tek’Rethan Abyss. That place is basically a corridor, and yet I often end up with 3/4 Underpin mobs. Like, where did the 4th one spawn?
I had a group spawn on top of one of the spikes in Underkeep. Only one of the bomb guys spawned - the other 2 are MIA. Completed the delve with 3/4 Nemesis.
Yeah, was really weird for me, too. Brann kept declining to tank for my healer like three times in the Sinkhole – just stood there and let mobs chase me.
In Underkeep, on the three experiment boss story, one of them dropped through the floor halfway through the fight and followed me around the delve from far below me while I killed the other two. Fortunately it decided to re-emerge as the last one was dying so I could finish.
I’ve never had so many weird experiences with mobs glitching in terrain as I have this expansion.
