There are no grapple points to get to the beams for the chest. Is this being looked at?
Three (I think? It’s a few of them) of the chests are only available in the “From Weaver with Love” storyline. You’ll need to keep checking back daily to see if it’s up.
It doesn’t have to be Bountiful to get the chests at least, just needs to be that story.
Edit:
I was a bit off. One needs From Weaver with Love. Two others are not obtainable if Strange Disturbances is active. One can be gotten at any time.
