I’m a huge fan of the Saw movies. I find them fun to watch even though they’re cheesy as hell. It’s fun to watch how everyone tries to get out of the traps Jigsaw has made.
I wish I could say the same for this movie. It’s an absolute snooze-fest. Those of you wanting a nice gory horror will be left disappointed. I think the werst thing about this is the casting of Chris Rock. He completely ruins the atmosphere. His over the top screaming/yelling just ruins the vibe of the movie.
But the main thing that completely ruins this is the lack of kills and the creativity of them. I was so bored I started skipping thru the movie looking for something exciting and there wasn’t anything. And this movie is only 93 minutes long so that’s saying something.
What a disappointment for something that should have been an easy home run.
