Spending Marks of Honor

I’ve collected over two dozen Marks of Honor, but I don’t know where to spend them for new gear.

I see there’s a merchant in Boralus, but when I look at what’s being offered, I see no stats on the items. Is this gear level appropriate for 70? Or just 60, since it’s BfA?

And if it’s not the right gear for me, where do I go to buy level-appropriate gear?

Marks of Honor are used to buy legacy gear for transmog, not endgame PvP gear.

For endgame, you’ll be using honor and conquest in valdrakken (or bloody coins and the WPvP daily currency for WPvP gear).
