Accidentally bought the wrong item, was unable to refund it for the conquest points because I actually equipped the item. I don’t understand this silly rule. If you buy the wrong item, even if you equip it, you should have a much longer time to refund it for the conquest points, even if you equip it.
Why is this not allowed? It’s an uphill battle to even get 1800 conquest points, if you buy the wrong weapon, you’re out of luck. My support ticket told me “Not much we can do about it, tough luck”.
Not sure how many businesses would tell paying customers that and stay in business.
Why not just keep players happy and show you care by making an easy fix for this? It’s our item, we should be able to refund it for 24 hours, fully, for our conquest points.
No one here in tech support can help, this is for connection, hardware, software help.
If you want to suggest a change to how the system works you can post in general, a PvP forum, or make an in-game suggestion. No feedback will be passed along from this particular forum on this subject.
Before equipping the item, it says it will be bound and no longer refundable. You had to physically click the accept button. I’m sorry you made the mistake this time, but at least in the future you will (hopefully) double check before clicking accept on pop-ups.
Let this be a lesson and move on.
Do some thinking … Before you commit to anything in life. Don’t get me wrong. I have done this and it stings a bit, but put that piece in your void storage and someday you will see it and say.
