Finally getting hang of frost mage and on cusp of 1800, was wondering what you can spellsteal or if theres a list anywhere? Know you can spellsteal BOP, Freedom, druid hots, other mages shields. But what else?

you can steal any buff that has a glowing outline on default nameplates, or has the type “Magic” on mouseover

Power Infusion is a big one to rip off them.
Alter time is also big, and you can help purge off evoker shroud.
