If youre using heroic strike, you cannot use spell que window for other abilities like blood thirst and whirlwind. Makes it so that warriors cannot benefit from the lag reduction effect that spell que window was intended to cure and also makes it so that your DPS will drop if you have to play at a higher ping (i.e. were on a west coast server but moved to east coast because west coast one died, etc).
