Ive seen posts about this being a bug in previous versions, but during MoP I’ve tried to learn the 339 blue tailoring recipes(fireweave cowl, emberfire robe, emberfire cowl, fireweave robe and fireweave pants) and they say the spell is not available to me, curious if this is being worked on or if it was missed.
