Green items from Burning Crusade Classic do not apply +spell damage and healing stats when equipped. Example items are outland greens “of the invoker” and “of the sorceror.” A. The +spell damage does not show up in the character sheet. B. To test, I bought +100 spell damage worth of gear and equipped it, and observed 0 increase in damage against mobs.

yea this needs to be fixed asap.
NONE of the outland BoEs are providing ANY the +spellpower/healing stated in their tooltips. the primary stats work fine, only +spellpower/healing is not working. not sure about +spellcrit, that is probablty bugged too i’d assume.
blizz fix this today with the downtime in 1hour. this is HUGE and needs to be fixed asap gamebreaking.

Can confirm. Resto Druid not getting +healing from greens. Rejuv ticks the exact same before and after (with +70 healing I should see a difference).
Character Sheet also does not show the increase.

Same here. I am effectively missing +250 to healing with the BoE greens I have gotten as well.

That explains it then. After getting 3-4 boe greens with +spell damage, I didn’t notice any increase in consec ticks…

Same. I got a +90 healing helm, put it on and did less healing than with my +15 healing hat.
Can confirm - I have 400+heal from outland greens and it literally affects my healing ZERO, rendering me completely useless in this expac so far… Please fix this ASAP.

Confirmed. I bought a necklace and gloves “of the sorcerer” for my druid and neither of them are increasing my +healing. Rejuvenation ticks for exactly the same amount with and without them equipped. The spell stat page doesn’t show the increase either.
