Does judgement crit chance increase with more intellect? (Is it treated as a spell?)

Yes, for any Judgement that does damage that isn’t Judgment of Command so… Judgement of Righteousness is the only one really in Era. Judgment of Command scales with melee crit chance.

Also interesting to note that spell damage does impact judgment of command and it scales off melee crit and also does 2x damage unlike other spells.
