Spell bop?

I was told there’s a pvp talent that replaces regular bop with a spell bop? instead of blocking physical damage, it blocks spells? i don’t see it in pvp talents though…

Protection has it in their spec tree, Ret has it as an honor talent, and holy doesn’t have it at all.
