It is possible for players to provide Soulbinding enchants such as the Libram of Constitution enchant or Libram of Voracity enchant to other players on tradeable items by completing an enchant cast and a trade in the same 400 ms batch window.
that’s working as intended and has been since vanilla - the arcanums are not class restricted and can be applied via the trade window to any other player like any other enchant
But that doesn’t make any sense. I have seen multiple low levels running around with it in BGs having way more stats then they have any right to have with these. Why are these librams allowed on low level characters, when they already took away the ZG enchants? In my opinion it really unbalances the low level PvP experience having all these so called “twinks” messing up the games with stuff like this.
Exactly. Brawny is correct. This is against the spirit of Classic.
Twinks were always able to get 100hp to helm and pants
This isn’t vanilla its classic. Changes abound. Just because we were always able to does not mean it should remain that way. Just look at what reckoning talent for pally has become and shadow oil being nerfed into the ground below the 15% proc rate that it is supposed to have. Librams and enchants should not be able to be applied to low level characters. This hurts the spirit of competition.
Have ever heard of a twink? That is another reason play classic to twink as well.
So specifically what level enchants are allowed on what level characters in your mind? I am genuinely curious how you arbitrarily decide what is and isn’t allowed? Please make a detailed and specific list so Blizzard cand recode the game to your exact specifications.
