As Kyzera noted, our Support Staff, which includes those who monitor the Customer Support forum, are not developers nor are we liaisons with Development. Your original thread was moved to the Mage forum for two reasons. First, so that other Mages may be able to give some advice, if they have it, and second, so that your feedback may be seen by the appropriate parties (i.e. Community Management and/or Development).
