Hello, do mounted speed enchantments work on mounts that are already at “maximum speed” by riding trainers?
Unless the enchant or whatever specifically mentions mount speed
It’s just your running speed
It says mount speed.
What enchantment are you talking about? There was the old carrot on a stick trinket, mithril spurs, and other things back in the day, but I think most of those don’t work beyond a certain level.
If it’s the light-step hoofplates that goes in the mount equipment slot, I believe those work.
Edit: Like this riding enchant doesn’t work above level 49.

It’s an enchantment called ‘Rider’s Reassurance’.
That’s an enchantment from the current expansion, so I imagine it would make you faster. The only stipulation is that you can’t put it on gear below a certain level.
From what I can glean from the limited comments on WoWhead it also does not stack with the Mounted Up guild perk
Doesn’t pathfinder or whatever also grant free mount speed bonus?
They might’ve done away with it in DF since we’ve got Dragonriding now n’ all that.
The ‘reward’ now was being able to use our old flying mounts.
