Speed buff!

One of the coolest parts of Panda Remix was the speed we all got. We all looked so much cooler moving around. Most of the characters seem kinda dumb walking so slow now. It would be cool if bliz made everyone move like 30% faster at least.

I do wish speed was easier to stack. Tertiary stats in general, really. I think they’re both too rare and too inconsequential to really be impactful.

Running legacy content feels like a chore at times.

Agreed. The nerf they did to them was unnecessary imo, and even enchants are basically consolation prizes.

It wouldn’t be so bad if we could toss tertiaries using an item from the Great Vault tokens, like 2-3 tokens for it, since the tertiaries are basically a joke post nerf anyway. Wouldn’t hurt to have a little more customization in my gear.

Best part of MoP Remix was my DH, who got more speed from a secondary stat (Verse?) so I had that capped and also the Speed stat capped, my normal speed was just over 250% and I was akways in the “full-on sprint” run animation. It was glorious and I really do miss it.

Legacy Raids and Dungeons should be mounted or 150%+ run speed

I’ve thought for a while that we should have something like this too. I remember there being an optional crafting reagent back in the last patch of SL that let you put speed on crafted gear. SL’s crafting was a lot more limited than what we’ve gotten since DF, but it’s kinda surprising to me that they didn’t continue with that idea going into the full profession revamp. Even being able to put tertiary stats only on crafted gear would be an improvement!

I have a speed set I’ve been collecting for faster delves. I’m at 26% with all of it equipped.

Make sure to eat your pocket pizza for move speed and wash it down with the pina colada for more.

They’re fun on twinks and that’s it. They do feel extraneous for normal characters at this point. They’re basically just a holdover from WoD doing massive stat changes and trying new things.

The only thing worth keeping as things are right now is the RNG Socket chance (with the Vault Currency to acquire them without the RNG).

I’d also be down for Enchanting leaning heavier into them. We saw that a bit this expansion, but to such a small degree that it’s irrelevant.

Keep Weapon Enchants as they are as the big power boost.

All other enchants can be Tertiary Enchants. Increase the amount given per enchant OR increase the number of slots that can be enchanted OR reduce the amount needed for 1% on the stat page. Let enchants get you to roughly 15% Speed, 10% Avoidance, or 5% Leech (because their values are NOT equal). Obviously in-between numbers if the player is using a combination instead of stacking one.

This gets us closer to their reason for removing Reforging way back when as well. Something something wanting gear to be an upgrade as soon as you win it without having to wait until you can go back to your capital to reforge it, gem it, enchant it, for it to be an upgrade.

Of course that’s all kind of moot when the ilvl upgrade system works how it works, but whatever.
