Hey blizzard please put the spectral tiger mount in the trading post. Many people want that mount but can’t afford buying it for 6k on eBay. Since you discontinued the card game. I think it’s fair and I’ve seen the spec cub. Would be nice to match it!
Edit - I was only a kid when they were more affordable…they used to be $200. Some parents say no lol

Hmm, I suppose. Its a very different “not easy to get” since it was based on who could afford to buy huge numbers of card packs on the slim chance it would be in one. There just doesnt seem to be a match for that anyway in game (other than putting it up for sale on a vendor for 20M gold or something similar I guess).
I would buy the cards and have in the past …the spec tiger used to be $500-800 on eBay. While it might be fair not to release it. The blazing hippogryph was released in 2024 and was a TCG mount too. I’m crossing my fingers that they change their mind.
Buying the tiger form ebay was not a guarantee that it would be exclusive forever.
You should see how much Vanilla Collector’s Editions are. The only one I’m missing… Last time I checked the cheapest was $10k.
I couldn’t care less but blizzard cares about “prestige” even for items that take zero skill to get.

That’s expensive…we had the vanilla collectors edition since my family started in Beta. But a used one is much cheaper…you can actually transfer over the pets by using a character transfer btw …thats what I did when I got my own account. So I have all 3 vanilla collector edition pets.
I think they should, not because I personally have any burning desire to get it, but purely because the forum threads about it would be hilarious.
I really don’t care if they bring it back or not, I just want my tigers to fly like they do for the Chinese.
Well Ion is wrong…it’s not taking away the spectral tiger is giving others a chance to obtain it too after many years of it being released. I rarely see others use that mount nowadays anyway. I’m sure they have had players quit who had the mount. All it does is take away its super rare factor. Even if they released an event or dungeon I would be happy. I was a kid when the spec tiger was $500 on eBay and my parents wouldn’t buy it for me. Not saving up 6k and buying it. I think it’s overpriced tbh… this game is 20 years old and it should have stayed the same price. Otherwise I wouldn’t be complaining lol
Blizzard doesn’t control the price.
I think they should just add flying like Tovi says. At the moment it’s rare and cool but you can’t really use it for much.
If they do bring it back I hope it’s expensive. Doubt it’ll be free
