So, according to WoWhead, you get to craft Anima-bound Wraps and a quest from Summoner Gerard to summon Visectus as soon as you unlock the Abomination factory, but it’s been a day since I unlocked it and yet his quest doesn’t pop up and the wraps are not an option to be crafted in the Butcher’s Block.
And I know this should be a feature I can use since every now and again I see Summoner Gerard yell that Viscetus is almost complete or just complete and assaulting Blackhound Outpost. What’s happening?

I am having the same issue and would like it to be addressed soon.
The only other thing I can think of, is maybe this quest pops up later on in the Stitchworks build (ie, after we unlock another tier with Anima and souls).
Still pretty annoying.
I have rank 2 abomination factory and I didn’t have it either until I completed a random side quest https://www.wowhead.com/npc=157076/synder-sixfold
Side note: my research for rank 1 anima conductor has completed, i returned to seat of the primus and the quest for specter of war is there and the anima wraps are in my stitch table. I hope this helps someone!
