For DPS PvE I would put the easiest specs as
DH havoc being the easiest, brain dead spec that requires no thought or skill at any level of content.

I’d throw ret paladin in as easy, at least in terms of rotation. It’s a super chill rotation that only asks a few questions of you, namely “Can you add 1s and 2s without equaling a number that’s greater than 5, and can you subtract 3? Also can you hit a shiny proc button now and then and/or hit a maintenance buff now and then?”
Though I think the chill rotation just means you have more time to pay attention to see where you can throw in your utilities here and there. That’s just my two cents.
Havoc DH has probably the highest skill ceiling of any spec in the game currently.
How so, what is the rotation
It’s not really the rotation, just the outplay potential. They have so many tools that if used correctly can make a huge difference. An example is that Limit used DH’s as an immunity class since using Meta gives a brief .5 sec immunity while you’re in the air. It has to be timed absolutely perfectly but the potential is there. Similar things can be done with Blade Dance and animation cancelling.
Shouldn’t you be making more threads and comments about healers being forced to dps? There a point to this thread other then to rip other specs?
Don’t you also show you have some level of skill before blasting other specs?
Beatmaster Hunter is - by far - the easiest spec.
3 buttons and 2 CD’s. That’s it

I don’t feel dps are really that hard right now.
Maybe sub rogues, demo warlocks?, I really don’t know.
Most classes are just builder spender and know how to do their burst windows.

Use big cooldown, wait for it to come back off. Apply DOTs/HOTs/whatever renewable tick, use filler until you have to renew ticks and occasionally push the button that randomly glows.

Marksman is too hard, I do not like it or get it. I am doing BM now and it is more fun and easier. Survival is easy too but you need a melee weapon which is annoying. It feels like my fury main with pets.

Also disc priest isnt that difficult, neither is fistweaving and frost is way easier than fire.
Demo locks are a bit difficult on tracking your imps and timings.
