Special dialogue for DK's?

I didn’t encounter it anywhere and I got the Bolvar dialogue during Ruby Sanctrum quest.

We’re never living down what we did in Wyrmrest for the class mount, are we?

I finished 7/9 chapters of the campaign on my DK, and I’m 8/8 in Vault and can confirm I haven’t seen any special dialogue from Alexstrasza yet.

I asked that question weeks ago. As far as we know there isn’t any special dialogue for dks even from the dragon we tried to kill in Drustvar during BFA. Which is hilarious. Go to the capital and she’s like, “Oh hey!” No comment on our misdeeds.

Think they forgot about it just like the existing pvp tunings on some abilities before they whack em lol

Yeah, it only makes sense if we believe they forgot. Otherwise, the story doesn’t make sense especially considering the lore implications of a DK just being accepted back. Not just any DK, but the Deathlord. That’s like allowing a massmurderer into your party and then not mentioning all the family he killed. I guess they must have run out of time and didn’t want DK players to feel weird. I personally would have loved them saying some biting comments.

I’m sure it’s just a matter of being just “the story they don’t want to tell”

Then why confirm they will?

Cause it’s blizzard and they like to promise the world

Could have just ignored the question and not respond to it, like the other 99% of them.

“Don’t ask and we don’t tell!” Blizzard’s motto when discussing DK lore.

Well since I have forum privileges till the sub runs out might as well use it? But as a serious response they more than likely forgot about it cause it doesn’t conform to the story they’re trying to tell, while something minor like that is important to us it inevitably doesn’t matter to the grand scheme of this plot which is about the aspects and their journey. We as always are just a vehicle for their journey.

Like how they keep calling you mortal during the Shadowlands when the first thing the LK says during the starting zone is that he granted you immortality.

Exactly, it’s important to us because it builds immersion and a connection to the world for us. It doesn’t add for the plot of the actual characters of the story.

They are still holding a grudge? So we killed a bunch of their offspring…

Has anyone tried telling them “it seemed a good idea at the time”. That should take care of it and then we can all have drinks and laugh about it!

The problem seems to be that there is no acknowledgement now, and considering I believe at the time when the aspects lost their power they also couldn’t reproduce or something? That was a really weird choice

The last raid of DF is a unique DK only raid, where if you fail to kill all the 5 empowered aspects in 30 min, your character is deleted, and your account will not be able to create more DKs

The last raid of DF is the Ebon Hold, with the empowered player character DK as the final boss facing off against all other player characters in the raid, with the help of death knight NPCs. For most of the raid, they control these NPCs in an attempt to delay the raid’s advance.

At the end, the PC DK is killed and later resurrected by the Kyrian but only if they survive for 10 minutes against the raid. Half of the Ebon Blade is killed off, their purpose meaningless in a post- SL world.

Bosses include Lady Nightswood, Koltira and Thassarian, a lich, reanimated Patchwerk etc.

You’re still a mayfly pipsqueak compared to beings that have actually lived millennia instead of merely being granted the potential to do so.

Wrong. I’m a titanslaying monster
