Special Assignments And How Can I Stop Them?

I have a normal quest that is undoable for my level 75 Shaman. I have to kill beebiter but the special assignment there has placed multiple elites that I can’t even face. Is there a way to cancel it out so I can do my quest or am I screwed for a time for it to disappear?

They expire like world quests. You can hover over the icon and see when it expires.

That area is always full of elites. At level 70, at 75, at 80. It has nothing to do with the special assignment quest.

Either wait for it to expire or steady flight in the area and wait for players to kill the elites in surrounding area or create a group.

But as Vhx has mentioned

So best bet is get it done WHILE the special is up.

This. That area is an Elite area no matter what. The special assignment can help because it means other active folks are in the area who can help. Also, make sure what you want is not actually somewhere else…like a cave near the area but not actually IN it.

Could I create a group in premades, you join, I clear? On diff realms/faction?

Edit:

I have created a group and I’m here “clearing” (gosh I feel like Morgan TWD) and honestly, there are not many elites popping up at all around this cave, provided you get the coreect entrance.

yeah join a group and finish in under 3 mins

You could just join a group in progress for the spec. assignment and get your kill in that way.
