Complete 0 world quests in isle of dorn to unlock.
(it initially stated 3 world quests but I have completed 4 now and it is still locked)
Usually leaving the zone then coming back will update/unlock the WQ.

usually I would agree with you. i hearthed out to garrison, zoned to ashram, zoned to stormwind, ported to spider area, zoned back to dorth and still locked. after two days of it still being locked even after completing nine WQs, I gave up.
iād rather not reinstall wow.
