This Special Assignment spawned last night. This morning I completed three WQ in Dorn, but the icon on the map says, “Complete 0 World Quests in the Isle of Dorn to unlock”.
There is nothing at the point on the map, no trigger, no NPCs, etc. I can see other players flying around on the cloudrooks, but I cannot get the quest to trigger. Upon logging in, I immediately receive a chat message that says, “Special Assignment: Titanic Resurgence failed”.
I have zoned out, and both relogged and exited the game completely multiple times, and disabled all addons, with no effect.
