The Undermine special assignment will not unlock for me. I finished 5 quests (2 more than required) on my paladin, but cannot do the assignment. I tried hearthing to Dornogal, exiting battle.net, and reloading console, not of which worked.

It is unlocked for me for 2 weeks in a row. But when i get close to the quest I can not see any of the Secuity to kill. but if I move out of the zone they are there. If I join a group all are phased in but me. Do not know what to do. Also the quest Coffee is for Closers I can pick it up same area but it wont let me present the evidence…
Make sure you’re not on any weird active quests in Undermine. I recall one explicitly saying you’ll be phased while you’re in it.
