I’ve done all of the WQ in hallowfall and the special assignment is still locked despite saying I need 0 more to unlock it. Yet MORE major bugs…

It’s not unlocking for me either.
I see at least one other person with a lynx, so it’s working for someone.
I logged in this morning and it’s now working fine.
