See title. I have done all available world quests. I can see the map marker for the Special assignment but it remains locked with 0 world quests required to unlock. Reloading didn’t help, restarting the game didn’t help, disabling all addons didn’t help.
I have the exact same issue. Tried to the same troubleshooting steps did not help.

I had 1 quest - a flying race - outside of, yeah none
