When clicking on the skiff I immediately disconnect. Upon logging in you instantly fall.

I was able to complete it after 5 disconnects in a row. This is very similar to when you’re dragonriding and land in an area the game doesn’t expect you to be. While I could complete it it’s also not counting to the world quest completion.

I’ve run into the same bug. It affected me when I tried to use the skiff while mounted. When I dismounted and tried again, it worked normally.

Dismounting before starting the skiff is still works as months later this is still happening to individuals.
