I choose Havoc as my spec when prompted by the quests, but the Havoc specific spells are not showing up in the spellbook, even though it shows in chat that I have learnt the spells.
Reloading & relogging do not seem to fix this issue, not does leaving the demon hunter starting area.
Has anyone else had this problem?
I haven’t seen that problem so far. Have you checked to see if you have the new tab in your spellbook? There should be four for Demon Hunter now. One for the generic stuff, one for general demon hunter spells, and one for each spec.

For anyone stumbling upon this thread years later as I did, the problem they are encountering is caused due to the ‘squish’ that happened for Shadowlands. When you hit level 10 and are able to choose a spec, the abilities that you normally would learn by swapping into either spec would not have been given to you at this level yet, prior to the squish. Instead, it was intended that you would do the opening quest lines, which as rewards, unlock the abilities one by one granting you access to these abilities. So, while your combat log will show you learn all these abilities right at 10 when you swap into whatever your chosen spec is, you still need to do all the opening quest lines and finish out the starting area to unlock all your abilities and have them show in your spell book.
