Spec for making spellthread

Does anyone have any idea exactly WHICH specialisation in the tailoring tree give you skill ranks in the making of spellthreads? (not inspiration, raw skill)

Obviously, Draconic Needlework, Azureweave, Chronoweave, Tailoring mastery.

Im also thinking… Textiles and Spinning but im not sure since I dont know whether making spellthread counts as spinning.

ANyone know?

I don’t know for sure, but the tooltips suggest that to me. One thing you can do is take note of your skill in a spellthread, then put one point into Spinning and see if your skill goes up 1 point, but the tooltip does indeed mention threads
