This is not an issue these #'s arent pulled from a list of nubs.

That is however NOT the differences. They are in the 30-40% in raid dps.
Frost Mages, Fury Warriors, Assassin Rogues are so bad, that many guilds straight up tell people to sit on progression or change class/spec.
I went up over 1k in dps, just by changing from Fury to Arms.
