Spearheading Acquisition Impossible To Finish

The World Quest “Spearheading Acquisition” in Zaralek Cavern is missing a stone at the very top near Rupert’s Helping Hand, as well as the stones on the right side being unable to be reached in any way, making this World Quest impossible to finish needing just one more spear.

I have the same issue. The whole right side of the upper half of the rocks are unreachable due to rock spacing. It worked yesterday on my main, but now on an alt I am 6/7 spears with no way to get the last one.
